A process that will help companies transform their organisations by transforming the role women play in the organisation.
A process that brings together employees, both women and men from across the organisation to work through ways of working that work for everybody in the organization.

Bringing the expertise and knowledge of the Women in Work community we will recruit a cohort of employees and facilitate a process that will develop sustainable and holistic solutions that will help turn theory into action.

And as a result, help you narrow the gender pay gap, balance the representation of Women in your organization and develop Family Policies that treat your employees like a family.

Solutions created by the people in your organization who will know what will work for your organization.
